    Free Eligibility Screening

    Share your CV, qualifications, and trade certifications. We assess fit + likely sponsor matches.

  2. 02

    Sponsor Match

    We circulate your profile to vetted KSA employers in our network and arrange interviews (in-person or video).

  3. 03

    Contract & Demand Letter

    Once selected, you receive a sealed work offer with salary, role, contract length, accommodation terms.

  4. 04

    Document Attestation

    Educational certificates and police clearance attested by the relevant ministries + Saudi Embassy.

  5. 05

    Medical (GAMCA)

    Pre-departure medical examination at a GAMCA-approved centre — fitness certificate issued.

  6. 06

    Visa Stamping

    BoEOEC clearance + protector stamp + Saudi work visa stamped on your passport.

  7. 07

    Pre-departure Briefing

    Cultural orientation, contractual rights, emergency contacts, accommodation walkthrough.

  8. 08

    Travel & Iqama

    Air ticket arranged. On arrival, sponsor processes your Iqama (residence permit) within the first 90 days.

What to bring

Documents You'll Need

  • Valid Pakistani passport (≥ 18 months validity, ≥ 2 blank pages)
  • Educational / trade certificates (originals + attested copies)
  • Police character certificate, < 6 months old
  • CV/résumé in English, with verifiable employment history
  • 6 colour passport-size photos against a white background
  • Computerised CNIC + 2 family-reference contacts
  • GAMCA medical fitness certificate (we coordinate the appointment)

We coordinate attestation, GAMCA medical scheduling, and BoEOEP clearance — you only hand us the originals.

Important: zero upfront fees

By Pakistani law, no licensed manpower exporter may charge a fee before the visa is stamped on your passport. We collect our service fee only post-stamp. Government third-party costs (medical, attestation, BoEOEC) are non-refundable and paid directly by the candidate.
