Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between TravelFare.PK Pvt Ltd ("TravelFare.PK", "we") and any client ("you", "the traveler") booking services through our website, CMS, or sales team. By submitting an inquiry, paying a deposit, or booking with us you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services we offer

• Umrah and Hajj packages with quota-based allocation.
• Study consultancy and university placement abroad.
• Tourist and work visa processing for partner countries.
• Domestic and international tour packages.
• Air ticketing on IATA-authorised carriers.
• Manpower export to Saudi Arabia under BoEOEP licence.

2. Bookings & deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit at confirmation. The deposit reserves your slot and covers irreversible third-party costs (visa fees, embassy charges, supplier deposits).

• Umrah/Hajj: 50% of total package price at confirmation, balance 30 days prior to departure.
• Tours: 25% deposit, balance 14 days prior to departure.
• Visa-only: full government and service fees at submission.
• Air ticketing: full payment at confirmation; airline fare rules apply.
• KSA work visa: only government third-party costs upfront. Our service fee is collected after the visa is stamped.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the per-product refund schedule. In all cases, irrecoverable third-party costs are non-refundable.

4. Traveler obligations

You are responsible for:

• Holding a passport valid at least six months beyond your travel date.
• Submitting accurate and timely documentation.
• Meeting health, vaccination, and visa requirements of every transit and destination country.
• Complying with airline baggage rules, hotel check-in policies, and group itineraries.
• Carrying adequate travel insurance (mandatory for international bookings).

TravelFare.PK is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate traveler information, missed deadlines, or refusal of entry by destination authorities.

5. Pricing & currency

Prices on our website are quoted in PKR or the listed currency and are valid only at the time of booking. Final invoices may differ if airline fares, fuel surcharges, hotel rates, embassy fees, or exchange rates change before issuance. Any material change will be communicated for your approval before charging.

6. Force majeure

TravelFare.PK is not liable for cancellations, delays, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, border closures, war, terrorism, strikes, or technical failures of third-party suppliers. We will work in good faith to reschedule, refund recoverable amounts, or substitute alternate services.

7. Liability cap

TravelFare.PK acts as an agent between you and third-party suppliers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, ground operators, visa issuers, or other suppliers, whose own terms and conditions apply to your booking with them.

8. Conduct

Travelers must conduct themselves respectfully throughout the journey, comply with local laws, and follow group leader instructions on Umrah and Hajj packages. We reserve the right to remove from the group, without refund, any traveler endangering the safety, comfort, or legal status of the group.

9. Intellectual property

All content on travelfare.pk — text, photography, graphics, logos, code — is owned by or licensed to TravelFare.PK and protected by Pakistani and international copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute first goes to good-faith negotiation; failing that, the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
